Signing in connects to a separate account provider for your password and recovery. A code from your budtender links your account to your store record. We keep that link and secure sessions, plus limited order and preference information to provide the app’s features.

When you order ahead, your order goes to the shop’s point-of-sale system with the name, birth date and customer type already on your store record, plus the medical license number you enter. The app keeps your order number and status. If you tick “Remember my license number”, it is saved encrypted and used only for your orders; you can remove it anytime below, and removing your rewards connection deletes it.

If you ask to be notified when an order is ready, this device gets that message for each order. Signing up does not subscribe you to marketing.

Deals & news notifications are sent only if you turn them on, only about the topics you choose, and you can turn them off anytime under Account. We keep a record of when you turned them on or off. Your purchases at the shop may be used to choose which of these messages are relevant to you; they are never sold or shared.

To remove your sign-in account, call the shop. Removing your rewards connection below does not delete your in-store customer record.

We use a first-party cookie for up to 30 days to remember which sign, card or website link brought you here. We measure setup and later app use in our private CRM to improve the service. We do not put patient details or connection codes in those links or send this information to an advertising network. We periodically remove measurement records older than 180 days and remove your associated record when you remove your app connection.
